What to bring and the “Do’s and Don’ts” for your Photo Shoot
These are merely suggestions that I believe are worth considering
Do:
1. Come in loose clothing, a tracksuit or sundress is ideal. Unless you have loose underwear which won’t leave marks on your skin, rather leave it off.
2. Wear makeup and slightly heavier than you would normally
3. Have a pedicure and manicure before hand and if possible, have your hair styled
4. Moisturize your whole body
5. Bring along a sense of fun
6. Shave!
7. Consider having a spray on tan 24 hours before hand to give you a sun kissed glow.
Don’t:
1. Have a facial the day before in case you have a reaction to the treatment
2. Have a heavy meal before hand, it may make you feel bloated
3. Tan before hand unless you tan naked, costume and strap lines are not easy to cover up in post production of the photos.
4. Come stressed
Bring:
1. A light weight gown to put on between set changes
2. A hair brush and make up kit – for touching up
3. Sexy shoes
4. Lingerie
5. Nice jewelry
6. Fun props – that show off your personality and / or hobbies e.g. cowboy hat, musical instrument, gloves, gardening tools, knee high boots
7. A fancy outfit
8. Something that is personal of your man’s, be it his favourite shirt, suit, power tool
9. Funky accessories – chain belt, glasses, mask, hats, shawl, denim jacket etc
10. An outfit that you can put on for a stunning dressed portrait
